Open the QR link, choose a moment and take a photo. A limited roll adds intention; images stay without previews until the reveal.
Prepare before guests arrive
Test browser entry and camera access, display the QR code and explain the reveal time. Joining for the first time requires a connection and camera permission.
Look after each person’s roll
If uploads are pending, keep site data and return in the same browser. Connectivity, event eligibility and device storage determine whether recovery can complete.
Start with what is available
The Test Roll has its own eligibility and limits. The Festa plan cannot be purchased yet, and international checkout is not enabled in this version. Check availability during creation.

How many photos can each guest take?
The plan and event determine the allowance, enforced by the server. The Test Roll reference is 5 guests with 5 photos each, up to 25 photos. Check the limits and eligibility shown during creation; paid Festa and Casamento purchases remain disabled.
Can I take photos without a connection?
After you join and load the experience, photos can wait in a local queue if connectivity drops and browser storage is available. Uploading needs a connection and a valid capture window. Returning after reveal or expiry may prevent finalization. Offline use is not guaranteed on every device.
How can I recover photos that have not uploaded?
Return on the same device, browser and profile, keeping site data intact. Do not clear storage, open a new private session or reinstall your browser to fix an upload. Local originals and queues support recovery, but data deleted by you or your browser may be unrecoverable.
